OUR PURPOSE
Kennedy NeuroMed Research Foundation promotes health by funding the research of qualified donees into the cause, prevention, and treatment of brain health and neurodegenerative disorders. Donor interest matched to research projects is the heart of our Canadian Registered Charity.
OUR VISION
Grassroots empowerment by donors and supporters to match their interests to project. Researchers empowered to propose cutting edge medical science proposals for our review that are aligned with the foundation's purpose. All while keeping costs to a minimum, and directing more dollars to research.
We Need Warriors
Your grassroots foundation wants to work with you! Our warriors (a.k.a. volunteers) encompass donors, collaborators, advocates amongst their circle of friends and colleagues, or on social media, who strive to make the world a better place. Warriors are the voice of the foundation and can contribute at a level to fit their goals. Warriors also include the people in medical science research who share our passion to seek answers through their work.
Science, research and technology have made great gains in medical knowledge and treatment over the last several decades. We believe that path needs to be nourished with direct funding to keep up with the research demand, and as the world population ages, the demand will grow exponentially. The board of directors share a passion for seeing progress in medical science research, whether they are orphan diseases, or some of the more commonplace diseases. In our opinion, they are all important and need direct research funding.
Action changes things (A.C.T.). Please consider becoming a warrior for Kennedy NeuroMed Research Foundation, so together we strive to stop some of the worst, nastiest, debilitating and even rare diseases that cause so much pain and suffering to life.
We believe in the power of one.
